Abbiamo imparato a conoscere Niall Horan quando faceva parte degli One Direction. I giovani ragazzi che da X-Factor sono riusciti a conquistare dapprima l’Inghilterra, poi il mondo intero lasciando, ovunque andassero, una scia di fan stordite innamorate di uno dei componenti della band. Il primo ad andarsene è stato Zyan Malik. Dopo qualche anno la band ha deciso di sciogliersi, ma rimanendo tutti in buoni rapporti, almeno apparentemente, e i ragazzi gli ex One Direction si sono dedicati a progetti solisti.
Harry Styles con il suo nuovo album Sign of the Times ha conquistato una grandissima quantità di pubblico di età anche diverse con questo disco pieno di sonorità affascinanti, ma ora è il turno di Niall Horan il 20 ottobre è uscito Infatti il suo disco di debutto Flickr su etichetta Capitol Records.
Nel disco ci sono 10 brani inediti tra cui le famose hit: Slow Hands è nuovo singolo, Too Much to Ask. Il primo singolo This Town ha conquistato oltre 3 milioni di singoli venduti e 450 milioni di stream.
Niall Horan ha venduto 70 milioni di dischi quando era con gli One Direction, ora è stato ospite nei principali programmi TV americani per promuovere il suo primo disco da solista ed inoltre è stato anche nominato agli American Music Awards nella categoria New Artist of the Year. Niall Horan attualmente sta facendo le prime date del suo Flicker Session 2017 tour con tantissime tappe in tutto il mondo persino una a Bologna il 6 maggio all’unipol Arena e 7 maggio a Milano al Mediolanum Forum di Assago.
