Sono andati in onda ieri gli MTV EMA a Milano, in contemporanea con un grande show che ha fatto ballare tutta Piazza Duomo, sempre a Milano. Lo spettacolo è stato degno di un grande evento americano e gli artisti si sono susseguiti sul palco con esibizioni pazzesche, come quella di Macklemore o di Pharrell Williams.
Ed Sheeran e Ruby Rose hanno condotto lo show, ma tra un cocktail e l’altro la conduzione è stata mediocre e le gag create ad hoc tra i due sono risultate estramemente fasulle strappando rarefatte risate.
Alla fine ha rubato la scena a tutti Justin Bieber che, oltre ad esibirsi, ha portato a casa anche 5 premi. Con grande potenzialità, ma con un risultato un po’ sotto le aspettative è stata la performance di Tori Kelly e Andrea Bocelli che hanno eseguito una cover di Pink, “Just give me a reason”. Ellie Goulding è apparsa sul palco all’interno di un fiore di cristalli, scenografico e molto elegante, come lei, ma la performance canora, forse complice l’audio o l’emozione, è stata sotto la media.
